Our Services

Doctor Rank provides digital marketing services for healthcare providers and legal professionals, including:

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for doctors, dentists, lawyers, and other professionals
• Website design and development
• AI search optimization
• Paid advertising management
• Reputation management
• Content creation and marketing

The specific scope of services will be detailed in your individual service agreement.

Agreement Terms

Our services are provided on a month-to-month or project basis, as specified in your service agreement. Ongoing services require a minimum commitment period, typically three to six months, to allow sufficient time for results. The specific terms will be outlined in your individual contract.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure the success of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your practice or firm
• Grant necessary access to your website, hosting, and other platforms as required
• Respond to requests for information or approval in a timely manner
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations regarding advertising and marketing in your industry
• Refrain from engaging in activities that could harm your online reputation or violate search engine guidelines

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Monthly services are billed on the 1st of each month, payable within 15 days
• Project-based work requires a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion
• Late payments may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

Promotional Offers

From time to time, Doctor Rank runs promotions such as our "Free Website Design" offer for new practices and firms. All promotional offers are subject to the following:

• Eligibility: Offers are available to new clients only and require an active SEO or AI search optimization retainer for the duration specified in your service agreement.
• Scope: The Free Website Design promotion includes up to 20 pages built on our standard template components, including standard on-page SEO setup and mobile-responsive design.
• Exclusions: Additional pages beyond the included scope, custom integrations, third-party software or plugin licenses, content migrations from non-standard CMS platforms, custom illustrations or photography, paid stock assets, and ongoing hosting beyond the first year are billed separately at our standard rates.
• Exclusivity: One client per specialty per city. Availability is limited and offered at our discretion.
• Cancellation: If the underlying retainer is cancelled before the minimum commitment period, the standard value of the website build may be invoiced as an early termination fee.
• Modification: Doctor Rank reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

The specific deliverables and timeline for any promotional offer will be confirmed in writing in your service agreement before work begins.

Cancellation Policy

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice after the minimum commitment period has been fulfilled. Early termination may be subject to early cancellation fees as specified in your agreement. Upon termination, you will retain ownership of your website and any content created specifically for your practice.

Performance Guarantee

While we are committed to delivering results and have a strong track record of success, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or business outcomes. Search engine algorithms and market conditions are beyond our control. We do guarantee that we will implement industry best practices and work diligently to improve your online visibility.

Limitations of Liability

Doctor Rank (Leadz Capital LLC) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your existing intellectual property, including your brand, logo, and proprietary content. Content created by Doctor Rank specifically for your practice becomes your property upon full payment. We retain the right to use our work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association in New York, NY.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
