Our AI receptionist answers when your team is in court or closed, and asks your intake questions.
$999 a month. Unlimited calls. No setup fee.
A missed call can mean a missed case
Someone hurt in a crash rarely leaves a voicemail and waits. They call the next firm on the list. Many of those calls come in when your team is in court, in a meeting, or home for the night.
Our AI receptionist picks up whenever your team can't, 24 hours a day, so the person on the line talks to your firm first.
Car accident and divorce callers get different intake questions
We write the conversation from your practice areas. A car accident caller hears different questions than someone calling about a divorce: what happened, when, where, and how to reach them.
You approve every question before it goes live. If your firm wants party names first for a conflict check, the conversation starts there.
Your attorneys get the caller's details in writing
When the call ends, the caller's name, callback number and the reason they called go straight to the people you choose. Your attorney calls back already knowing the situation, and the client does not have to explain it twice.
Urgent calls transferred, after-hours messages sent to your team
During office hours, calls you want to take right away are transferred to the number you pick. After hours, the receptionist takes a message and tells the caller what to expect next, using wording your firm approves.
Current clients reach their attorney without a new-case interview
Existing clients get a shorter path: name, number and why they are calling, then straight to your staff. They never have to sit through questions meant for a new inquiry.
Advice, fees and case decisions stay with your attorneys
The receptionist handles the first conversation only. It does not give legal advice, judge whether a case is worth taking, or clear conflicts. It only mentions a consultation fee if you give us the exact wording.
How the AI answering service setup works (no setup fee)
- 1We go over your practice areas, intake questions and who should get the messages.
- 2You approve the script.
- 3We set up the number and test real calls: a new inquiry, an existing client, a transfer, and an after-hours call.
- 4You forward the calls you want answered: after hours, overflow, or all of them.
$999 a month per firm, however many calls come in
No per-minute charges and no setup fee. Firms that do not use our marketing services can sign up for the receptionist alone. If your firm has more than one office, ask us for pricing.
Questions law firms ask
Is this a live answering service?
No. Callers talk with an AI receptionist, and it tells them so. When a person needs to step in, the call is transferred or your team calls back.
Does it give legal advice?
No. It collects information and passes it to your team. Advice and decisions about a matter always come from your attorneys.
Can it screen out cases we do not take?
It tells callers which practice areas your firm handles and routes anything unclear to your team to decide.
Do we have to change our firm's phone number?
No. We look at your phone provider's forwarding options and set up the calls you want answered on the number clients already have.
Can it book consultations for new clients?
It can text the caller your booking link if they agree to it. Booking straight into your calendar depends on your system, and we test it first before offering it.
What about confidentiality?
Your attorneys approve what the receptionist asks and who receives the messages before it goes live. It keeps the first conversation short and collects only what your firm needs to call back.
Who will I be working with?
Artem Saribekyan, the founder. You deal with him directly from the first call, you have his cell phone number, and there is no account manager or ticket system between you and the work.
What does onboarding look like?
A first call to confirm what the receptionist should handle for your firm, your hours, your intake questions, your booking link and the numbers it should transfer to. We set it up, you test it with a few calls, and it goes live on your line. No setup fee, and you can change the script any time by telling us.
