Please note that refunds are not applicable for cancellations made without adherence to this notice period. Clients are urged to fulfill their responsibilities and obligations in alignment with the agreed-upon terms.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Clients are to engage actively with us by attending scheduled monthly report meetings, providing timely feedback on content and communications, and approving all deliverables promptly. Our collaborative success hinges on your proactive involvement and constructive input.
PAYMENT TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
The cancellation terms are simple: Clients are responsible for providing 30 days’ notice before the cancellation of services. Failure to do so may result in a full monthly retainer payment. This is not a penalty, but rather an option for the client to continue receiving services. However, regardless of whether the client chooses to continue, the payment will be due if the 30-day notice period is not observed.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
While Leads Capital (DBA Doctor Rank) maintains rigorous standards of excellence, we acknowledge the presence of external factors beyond our control. Refunds may be considered under specific circumstances, excluding instances attributable to imminent algorithm changes or external regulatory shifts.
Sometimes things don’t work out the way we all hope. We can’t be held responsible for factors beyond our control, such as significant changes in social media rules or search engine updates that might affect your rankings.
We work hard to deliver great results, but we can’t promise perfection at all times. We are not responsible for minor mistakes or omissions that do not significantly affect the overall quality of our services.
5. LIMITS ON MONEY OWED (NO MONEY BACK POLICY):
Refunds are not offered under any circumstances. Instead, if all four indicators — clicks, impressions, click-through rate (CTR), and average keyword position (as reported by Google Search Console) — do not show improvement compared to the previous month’s performance, we will not charge you for the upcoming month.
However, if a Google algorithm update occurs during this time, this policy will not apply, as Google Search Console may not display accurate or fully updated results during such periods.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the rare event of disputes, Leads Capital (DBA Doctor Rank) endeavors to resolve issues promptly and professionally through direct communication channels. Should disputes remain unresolved, legal recourse is available through civil court proceedings in the state of New York.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY POLICY
All written content, videos, backlinks, and images generated or modified for the client belong exclusively to the client.
TERMINATION OR MODIFICATION OF AGREEMENTS
Termination of this agreement requires a 30-day written notice via email. Termination becomes effective 30 days after receipt of the notice.
